Your monthly or recurring gift provides CWJC with a reliable stream of support that is vital to pursuing justice for all in Western and Central Massachusetts, and can be an easy way to make a more significant gift. STOCK AND SECURITIES

Publicly traded stocks and bonds can easily be given to CWJC, allowing you to deduct the full fair market value as a charitable donation and avoid capital gains tax.

REAL ESTATE

Real property is accepted after careful evaluation. It must be readily marketable and free of environmental problems.  CWJC’s general policy is to accept gifts of real property so that it may be sold and the proceeds directed to our unrestricted funds. You may receive a charitable deduction for the value of the property and avoid capital gains taxes.

EMPLOYER MATCHING GIFTS

Double the impact of your gift by asking your employer to match it! Many companies offer matching gift programs. Contact your human resources director to find out about your company’s program.
