Prior to joining CWJC's immigration unit, Victoria worked at BU School of Law's Immigrants' Rights Clinic on Special Immigrant Juvenile status, asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture, from September 2016 through May 2017. From June 2015 through February of 2016, she was a law clerk at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen, and Loewy, where she specialized in H-1Bs, I-140s, L-1Bs, and L-1As.
In the wake of the Jan. 2017 travel ban, Victoria volunteered at Logan Airport, where she interviewed travelers. She is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
